My name is Sariah Neff, and I find inspiration from the elements, the land, dance and community. When I lay my hands on a body, I feel their memory and medicine going beyond this lifetime, tapping into a sacred knowing that all bodies deserve hands-on healing. My goals as a practitioner are to guide my clients in finding safety and a sense of belonging in their bodies. I support my clients with education, therapeutic touch and deep listening.
"Alternative" healing has always been a part of my life. Growing up, I was surrounded by a holistic and alternative lifestyle. My mom introduced me to many powerful ways of viewing our bodies and how to create optimal health starting in the kitchen. Now, I am an Ayurvedic Lymphatic Specialist & Women's Reproductive Health Practitioner who guides my clients in finding and sustaining their health. My truest calling is providing Pancha Karma-inspired wellness journeys - a way to build a container together that facilitates a profound transformation of the body, mind and soul.
Ours bodies are often overlooked, mistreated and ignored by our current systems, it is time to end this neglect and tend to them with dedicated compassion and loving care. My journey to this work was challenging and raw, while the road to becoming a practitioner was always clear. My body has felt the neglect and uncertainty that many people face, so I am here to empower you to nourish your foundation. You deserve to feel cared for and confident in your body. I am here to remind you that you are sacred, wise and free. It is your right to come home to your body.

I provide clients with holistic hands-on care. I view the body as an entire system, placing transparency, integrity, and client education at the core of my values. Here, you will receive integrated support that is tailored to your individual needs. I can support you with lymphatic massage, women's reproductive support, and other bodywork modalities to facilitate your healing journey.
Health & Hormone Guidance
I approach health from an elemental philosophy so you can reclaim your health from the ground up. During health counseling and hormone harmony sessions, you will learn about your body and how to best support it through the lens of Ayurveda, root cause physiology and western herbalism. Romina Joy Parungao: Full Spectrum Birth Doula & Herbal Medicine
Hi beloveds! As a holistic full spectrum doula and birth companion, I provide support to birthing people and families through all that is life, death, and everything in between. My practice is deeply rooted and influenced by my ancestral birthing traditions while making room for clients to deepen relations with theirs. I offer gentle and compassionate care to birthing folks throughout their reproductive journey while supporting and advocating for my client’s reproductive agency whether at home, at a birthing center, or in the hospital. While holding the belief that re-villaging is possible, my intention for this work is to reclaim the sanctity that is birth and move towards a society where gestating people are centered, celebrated, and nourished through deep listening, warm foods, and house/heart tending. Interns
All interns are current or freshly graduated students from dhyana Essentials. They have completed the 250 hour Ayurvedic Clinical Foundations course, women's health course, Pancha Karma fundamentals or a combination of all.
These interns are carefully selected based on merit, compassion, and excitement to learn more. I trust each intern I choose.

For as long as I can remember health and wellness have been an important part of my life, whether it be daily exercise, food as medicine or communing with nature.
After completion of the transformational bodywork course taught by Fred and his wife Cheryl Mitour in 2001, I was able to confidently work on the body. After years of practice and study I felt a calling to Ayurveda, known as “The Science of Life”. By the power of grace, thankfully I found the dhyana Center run by DeAnna Batdorff. In 2015 I graduated DeAnna’s Ayurvedic Clinical Foundations course, continued on with yoga teacher training and ventured into incorporating sound healing / singing bowls into my bodywork practice. Learning the Ayurvedic principles with DeAnna brought my understating full circle and has allowed me to delve deeper into bringing the body into balance on an elemental level. As a bodyworker and an Ayurvedic Health Counselor, this knowledge is the offering to all. Bringing the body, mind and soul into balance is paramount for optimal health and wellness.
