All appointments include an Ayurvedic pulse check-in in order to drop into the session together. During your bodywork treatment, a variety of sacred tools will be used. These include things like gua sha, cupping, hot stones, medicated salts, etc. All sessions are tailored to your body.

Please cancel 48 hours before your appointment.

Under 15 minutes late will come out of your treatment time.

If you are 15+ minutes late, you are forfeiting your appointment slot and will be charged half price for your treatment.

House calls are accepted for postpartum families and other special circumstances.

All house calls must be within 45 minutes of Penngrove
