All appointments include an Ayurvedic pulse consult in order to drop into the session together. During your bodywork treatment, a variety of sacred tools will be used. These include things like gua sha, cupping, hot stones, medicated salts, etc. The space I hold aims to create a ritualistic container for your treatment so you can drop into your body in a profound way. All sessions are tailored to your unique body.

Under 15 minutes late will come out of your treatment time.

If you are 15+ minutes late, you are forfeiting your appointment slot and will be charged half price for your treatment.

House calls are accepted for postpartum families and other special circumstances.

All house calls must be within 45 minutes of Penngrove
